hello,

am new to eBay and I have a few questions

1) Is it easy to get an eBay account , will that be a problem if I am using a vcc verified paypal account ?

2) Is it true that paypal holds the payment until the buyer revieves the item

3) What if the buyer revieces the item then says that he didn't recieve it , who's probem is that ?

That's all for now
thank you very much in advance

1) if it is just a sellers account then yes it usually quite easy depending on country.

2) yes the payment is held until either positive feedback is left or 21 days has passed.

3) You, you will be asked to prove that you have sent the item and it has been received by providing a tracking number.

As far as I am aware all the above is correct if I am wrong please feel free to correct me.

Thanks

thank you all for answers guys

Just to add on number 3, your tracking number has to be something paypal can check online and if the item was over $200 or $250 I think you need a proof of signature in addition to regular tracking number.

def create an ebay account and buy some penny electronic items so you can get some quick feedback just don't go crazy. good luck

Yes but remember that the painful process of paypal also avoids chargeback in many ways and if a customer did chargeback you would most likely win if you had the tracking number and proof of delivery.

Paypal will usually release your funds 3 days after your item is delivered. So make sure you get a tracking number on everything.. If your money is still on hold 3 days after delivery, call Paypal and they will usually release it......for international items, the rules are a bit different but they sometimes will release those payments as well
