Facebook CPC and CPM's

Hi,
Any idea where can i get a graph or report about the average Fb ads CPC and CPM's in all countries ? I want to run ads in some tier 3 countries since the traffic is bit cheap but I'm not sure if it going to be profitable being a long time since I played Fb ads

Mm it still shows insights and Statista is pretty right about those things.
You can still just Google any free report if you like
