Has anyone noticed such comments lately on their posts?

I wonder which SMM service this is? I guess its something like mentions by hashtag with custom comments?

Does anyone know where to buy such service?

the system will pick random photos with the hashtag #pet and send comments from random accounts promoting one specific username

custom comments:
wow dm it to @username
great picture send it to @username
blah blah dm it to @username
