Twitter Campaign Ads Banned

Hello Everyone, can anybody give me some tips on how to successfully launch campaign ads on twitter? I am not really so productive this days out of 40 accounts I was only able to have 1 successfully launch campaign, when I started I can have maximum of 20 success campaigns per week, but now only 1, I am hanging by a thread right now please give me some tips.

Here are the details of my accounts,

all accounts are aged mostly 2012, both PVA and Email verified, I had them sit for a week to make the accounts active. some have followers some have don't. I dont use VPN, I use proxy for the accounts, 1 proxy per account to be clean.
all campaigns are Engagement campaign, No links whatsoever.

Please anybody can help me solve my problem?
