Man, I just created my account as legal as possible. Used my own Identity and company details. The account is not suspended till now, and I don't think there will be any problems moving foreward.

Just do 1 thing, if you are selling something Blackhat the chances are you will get banned from Ebay. That's all I know from my experience.

Be careful with all kind of Vero items. If you dont have the right to sell them you will get suspended very fast
