either stop with the likes, or trickle them onto your account slower.

Why not try growing manually for a while via follow/unfollow method and then expand slowly but surely so it doesn't set off an alarm in the future?

Do you have experience that shows "trickling them" slower will avoid a shadowban? If so, exactly what rates have you tested?

I am doing this, but too slow for whats needed
