Good day guys,
Please which free SEO tool can I use for keyword research, I have used the trial version of Semrush which was a good experience.

Google is the best keyword research tool you will need some programming knowledge to scrape keyword suggestion results from google.

keyword surfer(link here)
WMS everywhere (link here)

Both are chrome plug-ins.

Ubbersuggest free version(though limited it's still good enough)

If your site is already getting search impression, you could use the GSC to search for keywords you're getting impressions for but aren't optimised for.

There are a number of free effective SEO tools available for keyword research. However, the best one to use depends on your specific needs and goals.

One popular free effective SEO tool is Google AdWords Keyword Planner. This tool allows you to research keyword phrases and get estimates for how much traffic they could generate.

Another free effective SEO tool is Google Trends. This tool lets you see how popular a particular keyword phrase is and how it has changed over time.

If you're looking for more targeted keyword research, consider using a paid tool such as WordTracker or KeywordSpy. These tools provide more in-depth data and analysis, but they come at a price.

Finally, don't forget to use your own common sense and experience when conducting keyword research. No tool can replace the value of human intelligence and intuition.

If you are looking for a free tool, use Google Keyword planner - it shows estimates of monthly search volume.

Google Autosuggest is the only free and reliable one out there
Use Mozbar to gauge competition

You can try Google Keyword planner, Keyword Sheeter, and Keyword Tool Dominator.

If you find who is your competitors, then you can research the keywords using the Google search engine.

Also, SEO Quake will help to split up the key phrases separately for each page.

Hope this helps you! Best of luck, :)

Thanks everyone
