It will ask about your blog.
Once you give your blog link it will copy all your blog posts verbetum.
It will copy any new blog post you create and get them indexed before you and will rank them before you.

If you google
site:blogorama.com
all stolen content, damm!

How then did my some of my site content land there? Because I don't remember registering on any such site.

Seems like they were in the PAA copy-paste earlier than everyone else :D

In my early days of blogging from 2012, as a noob I used them hoping they'll rank my a**

Newbies always think feed and blog aggregators like Blogorama and Feedly will help them rank..

Why am I just reading about this 10 years later than my first content site? wtf Lol

Feed and blog aggregators are still good content syndication strategy as long as they don't copy the whole blog post and let you post and edit.
This is neither feed not blog aggregator.
Blogorama is coping the whole damm blog posts as soon as you post and getting it indexed before you.

hmmm....alright, agree with your point.

Are there any other good reasons to sign up with them? Any other benefits apart from this drawback?

Email them via contact form or support@ and ask them to remove immediately.
Mine got removed within 24 hrs.
Just deleted my website from blogarama. Thanks :D
I dont think you can you gotta email them.

Thank you for this reminder.

The sad reality is that the only party that benefits from a Blogarama listing is Blogorama itself.

They get free content, and they get to build their traffic.

Basically, whatever link that you get from Blogorama isn't worth it, considering the fact that you're giving up so much.

Talk about a BUM DEAL!

BlogCatalog used to be so much better than Blogorama since you can actually use BC to do guestpost deals (as well as roundup posts) with other niche bloggers.

It got paid plans to those kind of stuff. I dont even check it as blogorama is blatant content plagiarist.
