I had some coins on staking on crypto.com, but I figured out some days before the staking was done that I had to wait 24h for the new adresses. So i just added them and when the staking was done transfered it to coinbase pro

Yeah but that's ridiculous. How can I know on which address I'm gonna wanna transfer any of the coins I have at any given time? Just an inconvenience.

This really sucks. I can see the security benefits but they should let the user choose IMO. Some bitcoin wallets change address every deposit, so now users gotta wait 24 hours every time? Seems kinda absurd.

Exactly. Stellar is another issue with the memos that expire and whatnot.

This happens to all of us after registering on new exchanges that have least standard rules followed. I am surprised this is a big name now.
