Here's how to index your stuff using Reddit

Works fine.
It's not a "method", there's no funny business going around.
You just take advantage of how Google works fundamentally.
You guys complicate it more than it's worth.
Last batch of 400 got a 94% indexing rate.
Re read the first post, and then read it again.
Easy, don't complicate it.

Very ingenious method. ThanksI've developed a bit of a fixation with indexing lately, largely due to trying to index my stuff in volume.
While having a constant posting schedule does help, and eventually, Google will increase the crawl budget, I've stumbled upon another way that seems faster.
The first step is to create your own subreddit. Profile works too, but for some reason, I think a sub will perform better.
Now head over to /r/technology or /r/gadgets or any big sub. By big I mean huge, go for the big ones.
Next, repost whatever's on the HOT page. I usually do 5-6/hour.
The thing is, when you repost something, there's going to be a backlink to your post from the huge one. It shows in the bottom right where it says "View this discussion in X more places".
After 4-5 hours, assuming you now have at least 25-30 reposts, half or more of it will be indexed in Google.
After this point, start posting your links to your sub. I'm not sure what numbers are alright, but I do 25-30/day and it seems alright.
In about 3-4 hours, my posts move from "Google doesn't know about this URL" to "Crawled - Currently not indexed" or just Indexed, depending.
Point is, you will get crawlers to your website/backlinks/whatever.
Side effect? I'm getting around 5-7 subscribers a day from random people)
I've tried commenting on top posts, but this way is way way faster.
You can automate it with Python and have your own semi/pseudo Indexing API.
So yeah, sorry I didn't include pictures, but anyone should have no problem doing this, as I think I've included all the details.
Note: When I say repost, I mean posting the URL of the news website, not the Reddit post. Usually, the top ones are theverge, gizmodo, newegg, etc.
Done, now let's hope Karma comes back to me tenfold ))

I show the whole subreddit indexed but the links posted are not.
Do you delete these links from the sub when they get indexed?

Reddit gets a lot of love from Google.
It is a powerful domain, and given its structure and purpose, it provides many opportunities to many publishers to get their links noticed quickly.
I appreciate your spin on the interplay between large sub-Reddits and more specific ones in the link indexing process.

Well, no, I don't.
The reason is, that the subreddits I use for indexing are on my main legit account.
I use it daily to post, or comment.
That drives crawlers even more to my profile, then to my subs, and then more indexing or at least crawler attention.
Besides this, the amount of work needed to delete the links is just wasted time.
Just create a new account with a new sub and that's it if you don't want to mix domains or etc.
Again, you are going into too much details and give it too much thought, which complicates things.
Keep it simple.
Perform the steps in the initial post, and don't think too much of it.
Wait and see.
I just want to keep my account safe as I'm new to reddit. Thanks for the advice!

Do you usually name the subreddit the same as the brand? Or do you create subreddit based on a keyword?
Great article and super thread. But..Sorry, more stupid questions. I copy the “Share” link. I paste to the url section of my subreddit post. But the title doesn’t auto fill (as it does for other urls, e.g. from a news article url), and the “post” button remains greyed out, then requiring me to go back and cut&paste the title from the original reddit post manually to get a blue post button. Either you skipped that step, assumed it was obvious, or my experience /actions are different. Following this there is no “other discussions” addition of my post. Hence, I think I must be missing a step as yours seem more simple with regards to your ”create post, paste link, done.”
