Best way to test proxies is zpcny_bot on telegram, use the free plan and send proxy ip. It uses maximum settings on all apis so will give the most strict and accurate results.
It will also detail if there is recent abuse on the IP, what blacklists there is with the IP, etc.
This list is long but it's because for peoples work everyone needs different proxies, it's better to have a variation as what works for one person might not work for you.
Personally I'm using socks.bz at the time, decent quality but low selections (doesn't always have exact zip and not much aside from US/main countries), but the proxy zip search allows you to get closest to the zip as well as showing distance, so it's sufficient for me.

Socks.bz or Socksescort if you want a desktop client. If these two don't meet your needs then try Faceless or IPBurger.
