Why not IPV4? This is distributed by the mobile towers randomly. So, you can't always expect to get IPV6, but yes there are chances you can. If you focus of 5G products, there are more chances of getting IPV6 instead of IPV4. As a general rule of thumb, You can check in the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. You can, alternatively, post in the "Want to Buy" section if you have some customized requirements.
