Content language of PBN

I have foreign niche site. If I buy expired domain (which was formerly ENglish site) from auction and then set it up with content on foreign language (language of my money site) and anchors also foreign. Will it be considered a spam ?
Should I recreate the content of expired domain on its former language (English) and then link to my money site with foreign or english anchoors? If there are threads which discussed this on this forum please give me a link . Thanks.

Being a Multilingual site is not an issue mate you can use the translate plugin on the site and work on that

Well thanks on the reply. But my site is not multilingual. My site is different language from English. And I wondered what langauge to use on PBNs article. English or the language of money site. If the expired domain was formerly English and then it suddenly changed the language, I am afraid google will consider as spam. Thats what I am interested in.

You can upload content on your own money site language cause google consider the current profile of the site while crawling, but before that the domain you brought must be clean without any spam links and irrelevant topics. Google takes time and get your site indexed and accepts anchors as well.
