✔️Tiktok 0 views, multiple accounts

I've made multiple TikTok accounts, on my current phone and computer, some I just outright stole and reuploaded (stole from TikTok or yt-shorts) some I edited, and reuploaded. All these accounts have gotten 0 views for some reason, I've made and I mean multiple accounts and posted all getting 0 views, now I've made a new account on my old phone where I've uploaded 2 videos, one is edited(cropped, changed reso, changed audio, different clip edited together,) the other one I filmed in my garden, after 2 hours these still have 0 views my previous accounts created 2-7days ago all have 0 views, anyone knows what my problem is, how to fix this?
Btw I did buy some views, followers, and likes from cloutsy on my first account which later was banned, but i don't see why that would make it so none of my new accounts got any views at all

Delete TikTok and install it again, sign up for a new account using your 4G network, post a unique video with viral music and put some trending hashtags then give it a few hours, you should start to get some views naturally.

Each account should seem like it was created on a unique device.

Based on the responses from your post, no one in this sub forum has any clue what is going on.

I may be wrong but I highly doubt reinstalling tiktok has nothing to do with their server settings lol.

Right now, I'm having an issue following people. I follow 30-50 and let it sit for a few mins. I check my profile and it goes back to my original follow count.

It seems that is a shadown ban, but if you already tried using a different device and still the same the problem is your network, try to search your own video using a friends account, usually what they do with the shadow ban is that no one can find your content so your content is never listed and only you can see it, your will have to not only change devices also hide your IP when you connect.
