I need help with cpa marketing

I'm a total newbie in CPA and i have recently got approved in several cpa networks (maxbounty, cpagrip, cpalead, cpabuild, etc..) and i was mainly interested in these low payout offers($0.50 - $4 payout) like SOI and DOI, Email submit, sweepstakes, etc because this offers have a low barrier entry but i searched in this forum that the most people uses free traffic for theses offers and people that used paid traffic had a low or even negative ROI, so i interested to buy a 500,000 - 1Mil email list from USA or worldwide to run theses offers, i searched on many sites and the price is very low, about $25 - $50, and i know that these lists are all cold email, Do you think it will work or it's total bullshit and waste of money?

For CPA offers, you should try out adult paid traffic. Or even threshold accounts.
