I've waited 3 months for a one month project. Two months behind schedule and the guy wants to refund me today. Waste of time.

He updated me yesterday that it should be done soon, hopefully in the next few days. I haven't waited as long as you have but still way overdue and I feel like I've been getting the run around. Still never received a firm deadline, just being told it will be done soon.

I have no communication with him for 2 weeks. My domain is connected to his hosting account and that account is suspended up to this day so I can't access the site. I reached him on skype last July 22, 2022 and no response. I also messaged him here in BHW last Saturday (July 30, 2022) and still no response. Anyone had success contacting him these days?

"Hi again, So sorry you ordered from me in a period where I'm almost drained mentally after my 18 months non stop work. So I actually uploaded the site around 2 days ago just hadn't a single moment to update you. One minor issue is that the site now is hosted on one of my demo sites asI had somekind of an issue with wy CC and couldn't register the domain till now Give me just some time to check with the bank as it seems I'm on my international cc payments limit."

But after we talked and worked together for a few hours to try and wrap things up, he disappeared again and it has been some days since I last received another update/reply from him.

I don't think it's fair he has made us wait so long just because he took on too many jobs. That isn't on us as the customer as we wouldn't have known otherwise, and are now stuck waiting for months. I highly doubt that he will be refunding you guys, or anyone at this rate. He claims he doesn't even have enough money to buy a $10 domain for the site.

Did you get your refund? I still see his name above without a ban in the name so is he still here? I am like 90% delivered... really sucks I have a working website but I cant actually access the website! waiting on those details. no reply for weeks either
