Can anyone tell why people are searching for un suspended accounts

unsuspended account underwent a review already so it has the tendency to have your succeeding campaigns unflagged.

It is definitely an argument that sellers use to push their sales, but it is not necessarily true. I already had "unsuspended accounts" that got directly suspended again during(!) WH campaign creation. The ad url was not even entered, only the creation process was started. That does not sound like high trust. Other account running WH was suspended for standard suspicious payments and like in 1% of cases the appeal was surprisingly successful, it was unsuspended, the campaign ran for a couple of hours and then it was suspended again for the same reason and after that no appeal succeeded again for this one.

because some one made a story that they are running blah blah ads on un suspnded accounts. Google can suspend any account again and again. If yoru account unsuspend 1 times still that can be ban fast. Only old account with good spending history works good. Still that one aslo can suspend any time.

Unsuspended account can be use immediately without triggering suspicicous payment suspension.

Bro, unsusp accounts use for one day ads. On fishing or scum projects. It can spend over 500$ in 1 day if u know how to pump budget by shared budgets. On next day get susp.

Reactivated accounts nowadays also have an equal chance for getting suspended, depending on what campaign is being run AND how it is being run.

Well, even if it was how you said, it obviously does not apply for the accounts you are selling here. Have never seen accounts getting suspended again so quickly.

Never suspended and unsuspended (reactivated) accounts are the same in all parameters of Google Ads algorithms. However, as other members also keep mentioning, you need to obviously promote what you sell.
