Where do you get your traffic statistics..e.g "1045 Unique Visitors for June 2424 for July.
It's from a hosting?
2)
What are the best plugins to use for a new wordpress blog?
3)
When i know it's the time to sell it(the blog)
4)
What wordpress themes you use often for affiliate products?:)

1) Either use Google Analytics (highly recommended!) or in case you haven't then cross your fingers that your webhost provides a stat engine (such as AWStats or Webalizer). If this isn't the case either then your only hope is that the access logs of your web server are stored somewhere, in which case you can import them to a stats engine.

2) It's largely up to you and there's as many opinions as there are people. I personally use only All In One SEO Pack, Google XML Sitemaps and occasionally Adsense Deluxe (to make the buyer's life easier). But there's a whole load of plugins out there that people have found useful - I think even Flippa themselves published an article about that in their blog recently; I may be wrong though.

3) Simple answer would be that either when you need the capital for something else, when managing the site isn't worth your time, if there are good possibilities that the site will lose a large junk of its traffic soon (such as a new, powerful competitor) or when you notice that your traffic/income has started dropping.

4) Custom.

Thanks for answering guys :)
Also,i recently saw a lot of blogs with this theme
http://flippa.com/auctions/84909/site
Any name of the theme?:)
Have you ever used this theme?

Hmm this is the theme i was looking for. Thanks for finding it!
One question:
-If i buy it,it is hard to change the colors and logo and banner of the blog?
-Had any experience with this theme?
-What premium/free theme was best for you? If you don't mind sharing.

Thanks!

Someone already answered you above - I just wanted to add that the guy whose auction you linked to is a PERFECT example of someone who thinks that opening an auction at Flippa is all it takes to drive traffic to it and get bids - therefore he sells all of his sites for $99 (some even less - look at his profile) which he could EASILY make at least double that amount if he were to be a little bit creative and drive traffic to his listings. Just a friendly nudge to all of those new to the flipping business ;)

If I were you, I will find a free ones unless I'm going to flip it more than I spent (maybe $200-$300+). But that theme is actually a nice one.

I don't think it is hard for you to change the theme colors, do you know how to edit .css file? Same as well as for the logo, it is easy, just replace the old logo image with yours.

Actually my idea was to create websites with 5-10 Unique Articles,Drive Traffic,Wait for Some Income and then Flip it for 100$+ :)
Actually never sold on Flippa.
Flipped a few Twitter Turnkey websites but that's all.
-I will look for some free themes around :)
Also,i was wondering if there is any complete ebook about Flipping, would be handy for me :)

Think higher. $100 isn't worth it.

Do some calculations: 5-10 articles, theme, traffic - even if it takes you as little as 10 hours (which I doubt, especially together with listing) then $100 minus the auction fees will net you an hourly rate of $8. A coffee waitress makes more than that ...

Given that myself and meathead1234 from here will get our lazy arses up from our sofas, there soon will be - and not just a book but a full course :)
