I am afraid that OP will not find any clean and usable DR30+ domains by scraping really. Even if by some miracle he finds one, that DR will be merely a fluke.

The only options are auctions (Godaddy being the most approachable for newbies) and the prices are growing still, so price of a decent and clean DR30+ domain will be at least a few hundred bucks.
