No, they don't but you can buy "group buys" or something. or partner with someone to split costs

If your competitors are buying links that actually pass page rank then you more than likely will not see those links in ahrefs.

Alternatively to what’s already been mentioned, ahrefs & SEMrush have a bunch of different tools that you can use for free up to a point.
