1) Create a quiz site with something like 50 questions.
2) People complete the test and pay $19.90 receive an online certificate confirming that they have an intermediate level in Spanish for example

lol I had a similar idea but u need a lot of $$$ to start for people to care

Sounds good, but your site must have some reputation/status, if you want to make people pay for your certs. How will you solve this problem?

good idea, but with a lot of obstacles.
how to make a partenership with universities or schools ?
how to make people trust you ?

And its online so surley everyone just google answers making it less reputable and legit

make it look as legit as possible.

You can have a domain name like "university.." something, people tend to trust more.

Your certification should be recognised by something, it doesn't matter if it's a fake recognition site or something.

You can also create multiple site and do partnerships between them so it looks like it has social proof, even if those 5 sites are just made by you.

Be sure to have testimonials from people, it's better if it's in the gmb.

good luck.

" they have an intermediate level in Spanish for example" As determined by who? that is the issue.

If it was a university / EDu then it is credible.
If it was DuoLingo or similar, then credible too.

As approved by Gluelicker, doesn't quite have the ring to it.

you need some company or organization to back your certificate crediblitty.
like the certificated is backed by harvard vs by testtest.com .

as i see it people buy this certificate to work or got scholl etc. so it need real credibility

"Bostonuniversityonline" "Utahonlineuniversity" or a name like that is credible.

Gluelicker is not.

"procertificationonline.com" or others can.

It is all if you can make a name sound legit.

"lingoduo" seems good too :D

Certificate issued by whom ? Certificate issued by you or me or Tom or Dick or Harry, would hold ZERO value, no one will pay for it.

Im kinda concerned with your username.

Please don't lick glue maam.
