Created a fiverr gig a couple months ago, I just had an order and a 10$ tip, but it felt like luck.
It seems like it's really easy to get 5$ here and there, but difficult to get something stable.

Just keep working. Give this treat to yourself. Go see a movie at a nice cinema or something. Buy a nice catchy domain and let it sit doing nothing.

Well there you go, it's obviously not luck you provided a service that someone else found valuable.
Continue on that path, make sure you create as much gigs as possible, follow the basic SEO tips that you can find on youtube or even bhw, and go try other things.

There's nothing really going to give you guaranteed results though. This is what people need to understand.
Find something that works, then scale it up, BUT also have a second stream of income.
If you focus 100% on an Adsense site and they ban you, then you're stuffed.
As the old saying goes, only 2 things are guaranteed in life; Death and taxes.

Fiverr is good, many made their first dollar with it, don't forget to register to other freelance websites as well.
Sell t-shirts on print on demand sites, you can learn to make minimal designs on youtube.
Find a free way to promote affiliate links.
Keep in mind everything requires an investment, if you don't invest your money you will have to invest your time, so be patient.
