I'm a data engineer and web developer and I've recently built a first draft of a bot that automatically takes videos from tiktok, downloads them without watermark, reuploads them to snapchat spotlight into multiple accounts.

This bot can manage several hundred accounts if needed, maybe more with the right server, however

I'm looking for ideas on how to monetize this. Can you guys help me out?

why is your bot better than others?
what features it has and others dont
you can sell it as a custom bot with or without source code
you can provide service on a site and monetize it with ads and drive traffic to it
