Hello. I am located in a country where paypal isn''t allowed. I do a few online jobs and the only payment method is paypal. I asked them to give me an alternative but to no avail. How do I create a paypal from another country that is supported (possibly european since US is too high alert) and be able to withdraw the funds. Basically my issue is I need a plug that provides a debit card (or virtual) so i can link it to paypal for withdrawal. The rest I can handle. That is my biggest headache now.

They don't seem to accept payoneer.
Transfer wise does not provide a virtual card in my country. Also I had a wise account and they deactivated after I linked it to my paypal US account so that didnt work well at all. Any advise on that?

Some times some buyer's go for payoneer as well it's also a global platform
Unfortunately I have no choice in the matter. It's paypal or nothing.

oh boy. I thought you are from another country. Try creating an account with vpn from Philippines, verify it with fake documents. transfer small amounts first and do not login to it with different ips. use the mobile app mostly.
