can anyone give me some guidance on this i have been really good with my local listing and got it to the top for many keywords.

However recently google decided to take away all of my user content in the listing for reasons unknown.

Now i want to build them back up the only way i know how to do it is to manually create user maps on google with my business in the list of maps locations.

So what i would like to know is if there are sources that i can input my business location and they will automatically generate some maps for my business and they will eventually filter back into google local listings section for user content?

Thank You

You could either outsource the work or just get friends and family to add your business to their maps on the google profiles.

but Citations and reviews have more power than user content

In my experience, Google don't just remove things like this without at least sending
an email advising you of problems, and what to do to rectify them. Have you checked
your email spam folder to see if an advisory email was sent to you?

Not to sure about this because i have been adding reviews like crazy and i havent moved i added citations that deff helped and i added user content that helped as well then i lost all my user content and dropped in the ranking.

did you do the reviews from different accounts?

Where you adding reviews from the same IP? It's a possibility that Google discovered 'you' were putting that user content online and not actual individual users. :/ Just a thought.

i outsourced the reviews and i told the guy to do it from different accounts which he has been doing and also he has dynamic ip so it changes everytime he restarts his pc which he does everyday. I also had him post the reviews to insiderpages.com and citysearch.com and i watched them all filter into google. I didnt see that big of a change with the reviews at all i saw bigger change with user content.

How often was he posting these reviews? If he had the same IP for lots of different accounts, that might be the reason.

he posted 1 review per day with an occasional 2 reviews per day. Always from a different ip address. Before he posted a review he would create the google account or insiderpages account or citysearch account and then post the review. I mean i see all the reviews there i paid for a total of 100 and so far in google i see 66 reviews and he is not done yet. I however didnt see a jump in the 10 box i am still number 2 in it i used to be number 1 with my user content

any ideas what i should do?

Theres a good download of dominating google maps in the download section. I would check there download it its a ton of material and it will spark you plug...

I have already gone through those videos my question was not answered there

Any update? I've done well with google maps at one location and want to add the neighboring city. Don't want to screw up my account though.

Any ideas on how to outsource the reviews and who does this type of work?

i just did this and am actually getting some phone calls and visits to my website from the extra lisitng but i am not in the 10 box because i have no citations for the fake address/number. i added 1 thing for user content 1 citation and 1 review and i am position J in the map and i just miss the cut once i get some citations i will rise to #1 on the 10-box i have placed my address and fake number everywhere i can think of but google hasnt found them yet so i have to wait.

and then i will start a new nearby city = )

It works well but I need to outsource some of the repetitive tasks and citations.

The other reason can be the cookies, screen resolution which is same for every review posted, google not only tracks ip but also other things, this may be the reason you might got punished.

if you've got a shit load of reviews, and your competition has hardly any your gonna stand out like a sore thumb and google is gonna slap you...

everything in moderation... that goes for pretty much anything... personal experience you dont need to get any citations or reviews but thats just me - but then again what do i know! :P lol

I disagree with this i have listings with only 1 of each and i have listings with tons of all that stuff and the ones that are bulked up are in the 10-box ones that dont have much are not in the box so it deff matters

I have had an instance early this year where google forgot the sites it pulled trust data from.
When I say trust data it is of course those sites that reflect your title, address and phone number alongside the reviews.
Part of the reason was there was another business with a similar name to mine and some of their data was bleeding into my listing and vice versa.

I then simply followed the advice in the vids and made some more trust data entries using exactly the same business name, address and tel for each right down to the number of spaces between the words.
This seemed to help and eventually things ironed themselves out!!
One way to work this out could be:
Look at the categories your competitors are showing for. Change your categories to reflect exactly the same.
If you have more citations and trust data you should outrank them (or at least show alongside) in the Business listing.
If it is not happening then google may have singled you out for a manual review.

If that has happened I don't know a solution!! Maybe delete your listings and start again?

It can take several hours from tweaking your listing to it filtering through the google data centres so allow for that. I have had changes filtered down in as short as 10 minutes.
