Any good provides left with Port 25 open?

I need some SMTP proxies and was wondering if any of you fine guys or gals had some suggestions. Most of the places I tried were absolute garbage so I'll just list them here so you don't suggest them or waste your time with them if you come across them as well. Advanced.name and Sockshub not only will not work, but they're barely a step above open/free proxies now. I tested a "30k online" package from both. They gave me between 7-10k ports into the pool of 30k. Advanced.name had a whopping 2,470 unique IPs and Sockshub and 1,968.... Lol.

I also tried a few providers who claimed they "allow anything" only to find out that they really don't. Rsocks doesn't offer port 25 anymore, and I'm not really trying to spend $95 for a 1 day trial just to find out that AWM is doing the same thing as everyone else with the false advertisement of their pool numbers.

Does anyone know of anyone left with port 25 enabled that are at least close to what they advertise? I understand some fluctuation with the IPs but I was testing them during peak hours when the pool numbers are likely to be at their highest and they still couldn't even deliver 10% of what they claimed. I'll be happy to sign up under your affiliate link if you have one because if they work I'll actually buy quite a few and keep them for a while. Thanks in advance and have a great day everyone!!

Yeah thats what I am doing now with my own VPS servers and create socks proxies.
But checking here, in case there is an existing service.

I know I'm a lil late replying back here but I felt bad leaving this hanging when I saw it. Unfortunately I did not find anything suitable. I'd be interested in talking to you about creating your own socks proxies though. I've been trying that myself recently with decent results.

Socks hub has proxies with port 25, but I tried them and the result was not good,
Peach SEO also offer but they are probably of low quality since they don't offer to test them.

I think you need a bulletproof offshore server instead of proxy.
