i quitted drinking coffee 4 months ago after being very addictive to it.

Its that easy to quit :(
It's easier for some people. I haven't had coffee in nearly 2 months. I don't miss it, to be honest. Tea replaces it very easy for me.

I like my coffee like i like my woman.

Strong and black :D

It depends. I had some headaches at the first week but later on i started to feel nothing and surprisingly I'm still at the same level of productivity with or without drinking coffee.

Never understood what's the fun thing about coffee and why some people cannot live without it. I mean, I can have it in the morning - no problem. But I don't feel anything special about it - no addiction, no uniquely pleasant taste, no energy :|

Should I see a doctor?

Don't drink coffee. Only hot chocolate or cacao without sugar

Tea is good, I drank it exclusively when I had covid but I need heavy amounts of caffeine.

I like taking switching things up between tea/coffee/other caffeinated sources to keep my tolerances in tact.

So before my trip to the EU i did not like coffee at all honestly. Europe made me fall in love with the cappuccino.
