Something strange about US datacenter proxy providers

Since around the last 1 week almost all datacenter proxy providers have no stock of US proxies.
I think there is something going on, about which the news is not yet out.

NOTE : I am referring ONLY to US datacenter proxies.
US residential & US mobile proxies are as usual available.

Non-availability of US datacenter proxies with proxy providers does not seem to be related to cloudflare of Google. Or does it ? If so, then what is the relattion ?
