What is prl ? I Googled and the only reference to prl I got is that Prolactin is known as PRL and it is s a protein best known for its role in enabling mammals to produce milk.
But, I do understand that prl could possibly perhaps be something new or some new abbreviation in the world of internet marketing, not related to Prolactin.

I don't think it's possible to do it quickly for a newbie. To get capital you need skills, to get skills you need time.

No way to do that. By capital I understand >100k in less than 6 months. If you need less, you have to do the hard work and be patient. Don't try to steer a ship if you can't deal with a small boat.
