Disabled for manually removing followers

Just a warning to anyone because I know it’s something a lot of people do today I was manually removing ghost followers from one of my biggest accounts and got disabled while doing so my guess I was doing to many to fast. Got hit with the verify email, verify phone number and take a selfie and “we will review”. I did all of those and even the selfie thing but I’m worried because this page doesn’t have any pictures of me to verify it to as it’s not a personal page. What do you think the chances are of getting it back?

I was actually running an ad on it at the time so maybe that’s another reason maybe they don’t like you removing followers while running an ad

you might get it back by providing some account information but they might also ask for your ID for verification purpose.

Thanks for the reminder. If you are from the US, Canada, Australia, UK, you can go in your business manager and then there is a support chat now for ads so you can avail there since you are paying for ads.

it was about 250 over about 2 hours it was manual but must of flagged.

Yes i actually did this last night talked to someone over chat he was very nice gave all the info and he said he will review it, woke up this morning and account was back and i had an email from them at 5:30am EST saying it was removed by the system automatically for "suspicious behavior". was really surprised it only took about 6 hours from the time of the chat to get it restored.

as with most new social media account, fast repeated action
are not a good things. there a red flag to them

Obviously every action on Instagram has a limit and if we are exceeding the limit frequently and harshly ,
Instagram will provide a block or disable our account.

Doing actions manually reduces threat of bans will great amount but always keep this in mind that following Instagram action limits is important as well.

Give it few days to rest, you will get your account back.
