Question on emailing leads

So I have a question for the email pros….
I have a legitimate local business and I’m scraping leads through linked in….. I want to email all of these leads but I don’t want my main email and domain name (xxxxx@mydomain,com) getting flagged for spam…… any good way to go about emailing all these people?
Question 2 … is there a way to automate this?

yes you can automate this whole process from downloading CVs from email and extracting email/numbers from those CVs to sending email or sms to all those leads!

I think firms like Mailchimp use their own servers to send your emails and therefore your domain won't go through this.
On the other hand, in many countries specially in Europe, sending unconsented emails are illegal.

A lot is automatable on that platform as to when to send emails and all, it is one of the leading names in email marketing.

Yeah I live in America I’m sure it’s illegal too I’m just wondering how illegal. Because this would be great for marketing. Lol

Much less illegal as I remember reading somewhere but do your own research.

Don't use your main domain for cold mailing. Buy a domain with a different extension, use it with G-Suite or use free Gmail accounts for your cold mailing campaign.

You can use a subdomain for that & one more thing maybe it's illegal.

B2B cold mailing is legal in the majority of countries.

Buy a domain that is similar to your main domain. Top-level domains work best. I've had success with domains like .agency .tech too, but if possible, buy .com domains.

So if your business is called Shrimp.com, then buy domains like:
Getshrimp.com
Tryshrimp.com
TastyShrimpApp.com

And send cold emails using these domains. You also want to warmup your mailbox for 2 weeks at least before sending using services like Mailreach.

First of all: I'm not a pro. But I did do a bit of research a while ago, and determined that a way to avoid blacklisting of your precious .com is to use yourdomain.nnn "nnn" being some other extension.

Supposedly you DON'T get blacklisted for having your "real" .com email address in the email text itself.

Can someone confirm this is correct?

Is cold emailing illegal? I know spam is, but only extreme cases have been prosecuted afaik.

I guess we need to define what cold emailing is ? I mean, writing someone you haven't met is obviously entirely normal, something that many of us do all the time without thinking about it.

Depends on the local regulations of the country or federation.
As far as I know, it is much less troublesome to cold email in the US than in some countries in Europe.

I do not know about the other continents, never worked on them.

In the case of auto submit contact forms, should I avoid putting my domain in a link within the field message? or is this not necessary and there is little chance that they will block my .com domain?
