DMCA ignored hosting for pharmacy website

Hostinger does not offer DMCA ignore. Despite several members on here saying they do.

I even contacted sales at Hostinger and they confirmed they are DMCA ignore and offer servers in Netherlands and Singapore.

Purchased hosting from them, then noticed that when choosing my server locations, Netherlands was not on the drop down list.

I contacted their live chat support asking why Netherlands is not an option, and was told their Engineer has locked down that option as Netherlands server is full.

Mind you I already paid for hosting..

Then they keep asking if I want USA or UK servers when as per my initial mail, I specifically stated DMCA ignored hosting.

Chat support later asks me why I keep asking about DMCA ignore and if I want a host that will ignore DMCA takedown requests.. I explain that I have blog where I upload editorial fashion shoots and in the past photographers or models don't want their work on my site and they will fire off a DMCA complaint and previous hosts in the US would shut down my entire account over one DMCA claimed photo..

Hostinger chat then told me that they do not allow this type of DMCA violation content and they will take down and honor DMCA complaints despite my server being in Netherlands or Singapore.

Bait and switch! I am disappointed.

You should never ask them about that, they will lie to gain and earn new customers or clients.
See point 5 in terms of service of Hostinger that is what only matters! What only matters is what is write in terms of service page!

Is just like a contract, if in terms of service or acceptable usage policy says the opposite why you should trust in livechat agent? Just marketing purposes and you are been trapped.

You are disappointed because you didn't read the terms of service before purcharsing anything.

Want offshore hosting and host adult content or photos? Just offshore hosting! And read their rules before purchase. In last case you talk with agent or open a ticket support requesting which plans are offshore or allowed or not.

I appreciate members like you who put a lot of effort into these posts and responses.

Yes I was on the fence and read their TOS, mind you i'm not hosting anything illegal per say, just editorials of clothed people who sometimes for whatever reason down the road do not want their editorial published on my blog, send off a DMCA and typically GoDaddy shuts down the entire VPS over one photo complaint. I just want to minimize the risk of DMCA law from this happening in the future and or block my competitor blogs who perhaps do this to shut me down.

Reddit and BHW members promote and DM saying that the servers of Hostinger are offshore as shown in my initial message with the dropdown of selecting an offshore server. Multiple members said how they've hosted streaming content that was illegal and what not with Hostinger in their Netherlands and Singapore servers. So I went to chat and asked their support/sales and they confirmed its DMCA ignore, then the whole bait and switch once I paid saying its not DMCA ignore hosting.

Paid with paypal and will open a claim if I don't get refunded. I brought this whole thing up to the Hostinger team and they did not care nor did they acknowledge any wrongdoings or misleadings.

I've since read the google spreadsheet on here of best offshore and DMCA ignore hosting, and went with two of the highly recommended ones on the list. Yes more expensive but I am done wasting time and playing games with the rest.

Just please anyone reading this not go with Hostinger despite what people or online forum says about them being DMCA ignore, when they simply are not. Yes their company about us page says they are located outside of the states, and their servers are all over to select, but in reality and as Deleted member 1393709 says above, its all BS.

The Pharmaceutical Website does not have any relation with DMCA Ignored Hosting, Whereas if you are getting DMCA Notice then will recommend go for DMCA Servers.
