I want to sell my website. It is a sports betting service where people pay monthly subscription to get tips. Currently this year i make around 500$ on average from the subscriptions and plus something from the affiliate links on the website. The website is 2.5 years old and it has around 500 - 1000 monthly visitors on average. With a good SEO it can rank more. I will also sell all the social media accounts.

Instagram - 2700 followers
Twitter - 220 followers
Facebook - 7500+ likes
Facebook group - 700 people all from this niche
Telegram group - Around 100-200 people

What do you think how much can i sell it for?

My costs on making it were more then that If that's the maximum i can get then probably it will be best to keep it. By the way i don't know if you understood, i make 500$ monthly on average this year, not 500$ total.
