Ways to speed up link indexing

Hello all. Please advise effective ways to accelerate the indexing of tier-2 links (links from forums, submits). omegaindeker recently badly. Links in social networks, too.

Most of the forum sites uses noindex tags and they won't index in google.

Otherwise use Backlink indexer

i always blast it (tier 2) with gsa backlink. but it depend on type backlinks to index quickly.

Use multiple indexing service, Then you will get better result.
