What are you drinking tonight? (Serious thread)

It is for the legacy of @t2van who was always doing these kinds of threads on the week end.

I miss this dude, although he had ton of temper and it's why he was banned, he was a great guy. I am sure @BassTrackerBoats remembers him well also.

Yeah, I remember him... he was a good guy (probably still is).

Warm Polish fruit teas (aromatised).

I had a beer on the train recently as I was returning to my family home. I got it for free from someone I met. It was "dębowe mocne".

I met a Polish man from Norway (59 years old) on the train who said he was from the Order of Opus Dei and had survived clinical death 3 times (car accident, bludgeoning and unopened parachute), 2 children.

This was my first beer in 8 months. It didn't work, but I had an intense sleep. He gave me 100 zloty because he thought I was from Ukraine.

Then a lady from the Ukraine came into the compartment, and then he handed her 1500 Norwegian kroner. He kept putting up a bottle of expensive liquor and pouring it. He would put it on the floor and trip over it. It spilled 90% and we had to clean up. What a loss.

He said I was a coward because I didn't want (and couldn't) help Ukrainian people in the war and that I should have a drink with him to feel "what it's like on the other side" (clinical death side).

Besides, it was the only beer for eight months. Looks like I was right. I drank because others around me drank and encouraged me. Now I am far from them. People can be awful! They'll put ecstasy in your drink and cocaine up your nose and then say nobody told you to take it!
