Hello! We are really sorry that you had a negative experience with our platform. We know that our support has already contacted you and solved problem, but we want to clarify everything here as well.

From the technical side, our smartlink is created in such a way that we use a so-called “bot filter” to segment different types of traffic. It is needed in order to filter out users by a variety of patterns. For example, VPN/Proxy connections/Bots/IP blacklist/Undefined devices etc.

This is necessary in order to protect our clients, and the advertisers from low-quality traffic. In the so-called “bot filter” we use different smartlinks not only ours. This is a normal practice to redirect “remnant” traffic in different direction. Net/pure traffic goes exclusively to our unique rotation system.

We are so sorry that you are facing this problem, we will do our best to avoid this in future.
