But before going all in on hiring do try it yourself so that you have some SOPs to work with. BTW, How are you planning to be profitable with this venture when hiring?

I have a few designers already working for me and I could try to outsource marketing to the designs using my super saiyan marketing methods

Cannot really go into detail but let's say for example we hire a person from a third world country for $3 an hour to promote the designs on various high traffic forums/websites every single day, we could build basically build a whole brand behind the designs and market it the right way through Reddit, instagram and Pinterest.

Not sure how that will work out since it's completely new and I haven't tried it before

Hi thanks for Sharing. I already in the Merch by Amazon Game. There is a more Traffic than on redbubble. Actually i get between 400-500 Dollar a month with 10 Designs.
