Hi, please I requested for a free trial in which you obliged and sent the trial code to me.

While I was registering for the first time and selecting the duration of the trial, I made a mistake by selecting 1 year period.

It's been more than 4 days now that the campaign has not yet started, so I contacted you and you told me that I could only choose lesser days for the trial to be activated, that I would need to edit the period.

But unfortunately there is no way I can edit the order and if I want to start a new trial campaign, it indicates that the coupon has already been used.

Please how do I get the free trial activated? I really want to know how well it works before I subscribe immediately.

Please treat as urgent. Thank you.
