this seems to be good idea, but it will took a long time and great effort to build one by yourself
not to mention the resources and skill you must obtain before can build one
Why to doing the monthly subscription while there are websites that offer the service with one time investment.

I've been using TrafficArmor for years now without problems. What's most important right now is JavaScript fingerprinting because IP addresses are easy to change. There's too many proxy providers for reviewers to use. TrafficArmor lets you blacklist their JavaScript fingerprints so even if the reviewers get new IP addresses it doesn't matter
