Many of us from third-world countries face difficulties in accessing marketplaces due to various-payment related issues.
Many also face a lot of issues while registering a business.
I am sure you have /have been trying to register your business in the UK/ USA so that you will be able to get a UK/USA based bank account easily and get approved to Stripe/Paypal without any issues.
For my specific purpose, I wanted to go with the UK as marketplaces still require SSN if you are trying to sign up as US based business.
There are a few companies in the UK that can help you with creating your business. I decided to go with RapidFormations. My experience has been quite good. I could register a non-resident UK business for 119 GBP. I had the options for masking my actual address so that the same is not displayed on Companies House website(This will cost you extra).
The Process:
Once you get your business docs, you can open a Wise business account just for 45 GBP.
Just wanted to share my experience so that some could benefit from this. There are other companies as well, that can help you with creating your business, like 1stFormations and QualityCompanyFormations.

The Process:
- Get your unique business name by searching on their website.
- Pay your fees for the package you choose.
- Be prepared to submit your documents. (Passport has a higher chance of approval and gets approved quickly)
- In my experience, only one person submitting the Passport is enough. (For example, the Director can submit his passport and the Company Secretary can submit any of the national ID as a proof of identification).
- You will also need to submit your recent bank statement as proof of address.
- Once the documents are submitted and another couple of formalities (selfies are required sometimes) are done, you will receive your business registration documents within one or two business days.
