I had a domain and hosting in Namecheap and I didn't renew them since 1 year so I can get back my domain with hosting so can I get back with topics (posts) ? or namecheap delete all them because I didn't find namecheap show for me option to renew the old hosting

If the hosting or vps expired , namecheap will delete them after a grace period. Nothing to do with domain. 2 separate thing , that work together.

I am sure both deleted long time ago. There is no way to recover that back.

It's gone. Always take a backup of your website if you're not going to renew the hosting. You can still copy your articles from archive.org

Its one year old and namecheap grace period is 14 days after termination
