Hi, the file for your website has been created already since Monday, I tried to verify the info in your Wordpress but I could not get in, so talk to the hosting company to confirm the cron jobs and it will start getting the jobs again, cheers.

Let me answer from my experience,
Once you get visits you can join any monetization program I star with addesense and then jump to another one.
E-commerce? I am not sure about it, is a job board what can I offer to people looking for jobs, I offer to small business a location to place their opening or a location to put their logo on my site, I chare for that.
I use my sites just to post jobs openings
I use several paid plugins to automatize some process like content creation for the blogs and auto posting on different social networks.

The best part of this business is that the jobs are been updated everyday, you don't need to worry about that.

Great to see that the job boards are still running after such a long time. It would be great though if the network.json would be cleaned and all the inactive domains would be removed. Right now I have two links on my site that are not working anymore and no working site is linking to my site.

hi, at the very beginning yes but now I use a plugin that handles that for me

at this moment I am getting traffic by following @patadeperro suggestions (sharing on social media, groups related to jobs, and things to do in the location that my sites serve) also I do email campaigns targeting small business that's where the money is, just get a B2B email list, cleaned and send at least one email a week informing about your site and give them a promo code

Yes, I think that is how it was supposed to work in the beginning. The active sites link to each other without directly exchanging links. But it seems there is no automatic system in place to remove the inactive domains from time to time. I wanted to update the links myself but then I saw that there is the network.json implemented in inc\structure\structure.php so I decided not to touch it and wait for an update.
