No, you need to apply to adsense and so far everybody has been accepted.

See the samples in the first page, there is an e-commerce embedded in the website where you can sell job posts.

Yes with a new Wordpress installation in a sub folder or sub domain.

That depends on what you want to install, there are no need of extra plugins to start making money with the solution we are selling.

My website has been approved for Google Adsense. It is a working site that fits in this niche, that is why I asked if it could be added, or maybe review it to determine if it is suitable. Thank you.

We have already done what you are asking for, set up the job solution on a pre-made website, the only requirements we have are:
a) It needs to be on a subdomain or sub folder.
b) With a new totally independent WordPress installation.
If you have a CPanel we will configure the corn jobs but if you do not want to give us access to it for whatever reason or you are not using a CPanel we will let you know what are the URLs that need to be called via cron jobs so you or the support team of the hosting solution you bought configure them and that will be it.

How do you recommend promoting it, like the better way? Let’s say I choose one particular state for example Texas, US. Is it a good idea to promote via GoogleAd/ Facebook Ads and target that area?

As part of the package you buy, we deliver documents and videos explaining how to promote your site, where to promote it, etc... for sure you can use paid advertising but the reality is that most people do not have experience in media buying and when they start this project they are looking for ways to make money so we start explaining to people how to promote without money IF you know how to play the media buying game, for sure go for it!!!

The answer to this question is related to the time you spend promoting it and how you promote it meaning you will get natural visits almost from the beginning and you may create income from it BUT the key part is the promotion, if you NEVER promote it then you will NEVER get any passive income, if you are constantly promoting it in the correct way then that will definitely bring you results, most people NEVER promote the sites and focus on irrelevant tasks (logo, colours, automating, etc..)

No you can't translate it the jobs are real, the structure is made to rank on the google jobs for the country the job is for, why would you want to translate and spam content that is irrelevant to the searcher?

Just to add my 2 cents worth. The OP doesn't offer an adsense approval. It's you who sign up for adsense should you decide to make an order from him. So far everyone has been accepted.
