what about EIN
nice share

You need an EIN to apply for a corporate bank account. They will not accept an account without an EIN unless you are a sole prop with a SSN or ITIN. If you are a foreign founder/director you are going to need to supply a EIN and more the likely the full SS-4 document (PDF) ID and proof of address.I paid like 170 USD to create my LLC, it's registered in Delaware, and the service I used offers a sweet VoIP free trial for 60 days But don't have a mail forwarding service, anytimemailbox is awesome.
Will try signing up for a bank account, I was under the impression I need to have an EIN to do that. thanks
No, you are thinking more about E2 or EB5 visa. Each of those requires a minimum investment and also that you employ US citizens or permanent residents.Out of topic. Since you will be having a US registered company. Would it be able to grant entry or working visa?
Wow, I never knew you CAN do that kind of stuff.I wish you all had a great weekend.
I have seen many people in BHW asking questions about LLCs in the USA. I have been one of them in the past too.
The thing is that nobody shares their own sources publicly. Back at the time, I asked a member here on BHW (can't recall his name now) and he suggested me a service.
Guess what?! That service was a fcuking reseller and I ended up paying $500 to set up an LLC in Wyoming.
I'm not gonna share the RESELLER company, no worries lol. I'll share the main source.
The company I have used is Wyoming LLC attorney (.) com. You can set up your LLC in the US for $199.
After 1-year I paid $159 for Renew Agent Service & We File Annual Report With Our Name (Anonymous).
After setting up the company obviously you want to open a US bank account. I created a simple website for my company and applied for a bank account with Mercurey but I didn't have success. A friend of mine was accepted. So I would suggest you try Mercury first and if that doesn't work you can continue with Relayfi (.) com. They accepted my application and now I have a US bank account. I also received a Debit Business Card which Relayfi mailed to my business address (in this case Wyoming LLC attorney).
Then I used the MAIL FORWARDING service from the Wyoming LLC attorney (costs $65) and received the CARD.
If you don't need the physical Debit Card you can use the Virtual one. You can also create Virtual Debit cards for your registered employees.
With this LLC I also created an account Stripe account which is working like a charm.
NOTE
- I still haven't used the Relayfi yet as i don't really need the bank account. So I can't tell you my experience with them. (fees, maintenance, etc)
- I also didn't do any transactions with the company so I can't tell you anything about taxes etc.
TL: DR
Set up an LLC in Wyoming US with Wyoming LLC attorney (.) com
Open a US bank account with Relayfi (.) com
That's all, $200 and you have your LLC set up in the US.
Have a nice week ahead
PS. I'm not affiliated with any of those companies. Just my own experience.
YES.Question 1: From "Non-Resident" you mean anyone who doesn't live in USA, possibly never visited and has never gained a citizenship?
Question 2: What about taxes? So we have to pay tax to USA or whatever country we live in, or both?
Non resident means anyone who`s not a legal resident of the USA. Doesn`t matter if they`ve visited on a tourist visa at some point or have never set foot on US soil. Corporate taxes have to be paid to the IRS regardless of where you hold citizenship or residency. Your company would be a US company with an IRS issued EIN which means it has to pay US corporate taxes. Doesn`t matter if you are a resident of Austria or Zimbabwe if you form a US company, that US company has to pay US corporate taxes on it`s US revenue.Wow, I never knew you CAN do that kind of stuff.

You are welcomeThanks for being open
Glad it helped you!Awesome share. This is what I am really looking for.
Please read the last 2 lines of my comment...@Slippers, don`t post these posts because you don`t know from which countries are the members that ask these questions. It is not as simple as the quote from onlinetaxman.com.
438k or 438usd?Thank you for sharing everything.
I will tell you my story.
Registered Wyoming LLC several years back. At the time the service provider was adamant that with a non-resident LLC there will not be tax implications. After two years my tax bill was over $438k, which I eventually was forced to pay after consulting with a friend from Big4 auditing firm.
Nowadays my set up is slightly different and my name is not in any of the vehicles but in agents (US citizen). So please consult a CPA in regards to your tax affairs.
