CPA-related question - Where do people get empty gift cards from?

Recently while browsing TikTok I've noticed someone doing a clever CPA method. He basically was livestreaming a lot of giftcards for Amazon, PlayStation, Fortnite etc. on his desk.

From time to time he would scratch a card as if he was giving them away (but they are obviously not activated). When enough people gathered on the stream, he would make people to go a link in his bio which was an email-submit offer from OGAds.

I find this method pretty original and I'd like to try something similar. But I have no idea how to get a lot of empty gift cards. I obviously don't want to steal them from a store, but I also don't believe the guy paid for all of them. Is there any site where you can buy inactivated giftcards?

People usually dont buy them. But you can find those in supermarkets. If you dont pay, they wont get activated ;-)

Sometimes you can find people selling packs of un-activated gift cards on ebay. Alternatively you can see about maybe buying a batch of giftcards but only loading $1 each. Either method probably end up costing you about the same in the end.

of course, else it doesn't work.

Also yea when I did stuff like that I bought the cards myself - it's worth it at the end.
But nowadays the whole game is a bit more difficult so don't expect too much considering 90% of viewers are the viewbots

This is true. They normally don't cause the anti shoplifting things to go off so you can just take some, put it in a bag and walk out of the shop.
