I just tried to make 2 and both got suspended immediately. All new info. Verified phone, created item to sell, chose to add social security or EIN later after item sold, them got to credit card part.
Before I got a chance to add a VCC, next day banned!

From What I've read about the best method is to create a sellers account and DONT list immediately. Wait 2-3 weeks. Browse eBay. You want to give the impression to eBay that you are real. An Account that is created and has an item listed for sale within 5 min of its existence looks suspicious to eBay. You must have patience. I would never buy an eBay selling account, but if I did I wouldn't even list immediately on it unless the IP Proxy its been associated with also transferred over with it.
When you say "All new info" - Whos info? Yours? Friend/Family? FULLZ from dark web?
Verified Phone - From where?
Aged Email? New Email? From which client?
Created item to sell - What category or type?
Which OS & Browser are you using?
Do you currently have any active seller accounts on eBay?
Did you ever find a legitimate guide?
