Payoneer is asking for work contract ~ Suggestions needed.

Anyone looking for a solution, yes, i have solved this issue.
Step 1 > search "create a work contract online" and create a simple contract with the details of you, your client, location, services provided, refund policy etc. all this is really simple.
Step 2 > digitally sign the contract using zoho sign or similar, send a copy to your client as well for sign and submit it to payoneer.
That's it.

I never had bad experience with payoneer, even the current problem is solved within 72 hours even though this account was brand new (including weekend). As for the cuts, they charge a standard 3% fees for card payments which is normal worldwide and no fees when paying from payoneer to payoneer and a 2% fees when withdrawing to bank account.

Fill the required information, add the dates to when the actual client discussion happened, make edits where necessary. Upload it through a digital signature service such as Zoho Sign or Hello Sign and send it to client, ask them to sign it.
Download from Zoho Sign and Upload where it asks you in Payoneer.
Additionally, if they ask for more information, state that they're welcome to contact the client and confirm the completion of work from their end.
Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes of your time.

The problem is I don't deal with clients ....
I am an app publisher, I use payoneer to pay google ads and to receive money from ad networks...
I don't know what to do i will try to call on Monday and see what they will say about this

When you get paid through an ad network or an affiliate network as a publisher, you are in the eyes of the system, a service provider.
Your ad network should be able to provide you with a contact, including details of payouts which will be acceptable for Payoneer and others.

They charged me way more than 3%.
They charged me 10 dollars, plus 3%.
And my issues were never solved within 3 days. I usually didn't even get a RESPONSE with in a week. I always had to chase after updates, and then the updates were useless customer service talk. "We sent your issue forward and the responsible team is already investiating your case. Please be patient".
Which is something I wrote as a customer service agent when the team didn't get their ass up and started to look into it. Often there wasn't even a team. it was just in the pile of things no one has looked at yet because we have 3000 tickets and 7 people working on it.
I asked the ad network to provide a work contract and they told me that that they do that for employees only and they told me to use invoices instead of that.
But i already tried the invoices and got rejected...
I talked to customer care service and told them the issue.... They said that they will forward this to verification department
I am really stuck now, i don't know what to do, i cannot pay google ads bills anymore if they didn't activate the card

I'd add to all the previous complaints that it also feels rather unsafe to send all your data + contracts to some US intermediary company that already charges a lot of money and takes a lot of time to resolve disputes.
Still my clients chose Payoneer so we've prepared the contracts and sent for confirmation. I'll try to convince them to switch to something else. Maybe Paypal or direct bank transfers as it is the cheapes option.

Hehe, Payoneer is constantly updating their terms and policies.
Where are you from?
You can use Wise instead of Payoneer.
And if you are in Africa, I have some other suggestions that you can use.
