Yes as @Ricky.Montana noted, you could use the article scraper plugin or article scraper addon to do this, and it should work fine, if you get the markers.
Stealing other peoples content, saves hiring writers to do your content.What is the purpose of doing this? Seriously, it made me curious. Is this some kind of revenge?

Use the REST API feed to get all the content. Write a simple python script to add them automatically to your website.

Yes, but those people edit the copied articles, they don't publish them directly without spinning them

But there is no point in doing this, when the content will get marked as plagiarized by search engines. Am I missing something?

This sounds like a terrible idea. It is unlikely to index and you will just get a barrage of DCMAs that you will lose if you don't change the content.
If I were you I'd save the time, money and effort and divert that to finding this person's best Top Ten posts and improving them manually (outsource) and get them better and rank legit. What you do outside the money site is on you - go wild with that

You are right. Google will mark it as duplicate content and it won't rank. He can spin the content, but then it will be unreadable

steal the content from a different language but same niche, then google translate, quilbot, voila.

That's an interesting approach but I bet the content absolute-source was probably in English so you've closed a loop
