The book inspired the self help movement, I loved it too back when I read it around 2014, 2015.

But I am not even sure he met Carnegie in real... who cares, at least it was a good read

No. That's a businessman from my country. Roleplaying streamer who is more of a comedian than a gamer to be more exact. He motivates people to produce things (or at least me). Just recently I thought about him producing figurines of himself and weeks later he showed one - it wasn't announced.
