Do you use an antivirus in your computer?

I also exclusively use Windows Defender.
They give daily updates, and the software, contrary to popular belief, does not consume a lot of resources.
I'm hoping it's better than any paid antivirus program.
 
it slows the performance , i dont use at all , but i dont see porn and download shitty things
 
No, i always focus on files and folder thise i download, never effected
 
I use Malwarebytes on my phone and laptop. I used to use AVG but I had an issue installing it so I stopped using it.
 
Haven't used an antivirus program for 20 years and never had any problems.

That is what they all say.I remember a customer that never used antivirus for years had lots adware in the browser and viruses on their computer when I scanned it.
 
I haven't installed any antivirus program on my computer for 10 years. Anyone with a good knowledge of computer use knows that it is not needed.
 
Yeah, two brands... uefi and bios. They are the only ones that remove the most popular mal/bloatware and the corporate programs that attract social hackers.

Now that you mention it, last I used an antivirus it was Kaspersky. Torrent cracked installed boom 10+ years ago.

But antiviruses suck. They're worse than the viruses! Blocking this blocking that blocking everything, updating updating updating, popups popups popups, pain in the ass pain in the ass pain in the ass. Fuck off!!!

It's crazy bro. This guy who is making the videos and fighting these scammers is a legend. I even liked some of his videos and subscribed to his channel, and I rarely do that for real :p

And these scammers, dude, doing that shit to gullible mostly old people, pisses me off. Violence is acceptable.

I also like Malwarebytes, but if in doubt throw it out. If you think you have something, wipe and reinstall, don't rely on anything.
 
I have McAfee on my Asus laptop that came bundled with 1 year subscription. Never used any on my previous laptop which was an Acer
